•Payment schedules, milestones, and penalties (if any) shall be defined in the contract.

•Delayed payments may result in work suspension without liability to VK Infrabuild.

•Any government taxes, statutory charges, or duties shall be borne by the client unless agreed otherwise.

•Timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

•Force majeure events

•Government approvals

•Weather conditions

•Client-side delays (payments, design approvals, material selection)

•VK Infrabuild shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

Clients agree to:

•Provide clear land ownership documents and approvals

•Ensure site access and utilities (water, electricity)

•Make timely payments

•Approve drawings, materials, and designs without unreasonable delay

VK Infrabuild is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete client-provided information.

•Materials used shall be as per agreed specifications or equivalent industry standards.

•Any client-requested material changes may impact cost and timeline.

•Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are industry-acceptable and not considered defects.

 

•All website content, designs, drawings, layouts, images, logos, and text are the intellectual property of VK Infrabuild.

•Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

 

•VK Infrabuild shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

•Liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of services actually paid for under the specific agreement.

•No liability shall arise from third-party vendors, suppliers, or statutory authorities.

VK Infrabuild reserves the right to terminate services if:

•Payments are delayed

•Contract terms are violated

•Site conditions are unsafe or illegal

All dues up to the termination date shall remain payable.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi NCR
